Your forum can help find stolen watches. You set the terms.
With your written permission, we compare the sections you choose against theft reports filed with Crown Quorum. Someone on our team reviews every possible match.
Today it starts with a short conversation, while self-serve sign-up is being built. Pause or revoke any time.

Forum arrangement
For forum owners and moderators

Part I: Five steps, all on the record
No integration work to start, and every step is written down.
Step 1: Claim your forum
Tell us which forum you run. Being a member isn't enough; the next step proves you run it.
On the recordWho claimed it, and when.
Step 2: Prove it's yours
Add a DNS record or a file to your site, or open a link sent to your admin mailbox. Can't do those? Someone on our team checks by hand.
On the recordWhich proof you used, and whether it passed.
Step 3: Choose what's read
Pick the sections, the pace, and how long anything is kept. Each version of your choices is saved.
On the recordYour choices, as a numbered version.
Step 4: We review it
Someone on our team approves your choices before anything is read.
On the recordThe reviewer's decision.
Step 5: You stay in control
Pause, revoke, or ask for a correction from your dashboard, any time.
On the recordEvery pause, resume, and revoke.
Part III: Prove you run it
Being a member isn't enough. Any one of these is.

A DNS record
The strongest proof, and your members never see it.
- You
- Add a TXT record with the token we give you.
- We
- We look it up on your forum's domain.
- Then
- Verified automatically.
A file or tag on your site
Shows you control your forum's files or templates.
- You
- Publish the token as a file or a meta tag.
- We
- We fetch it from your forum's own address.
- Then
- Verified automatically.
An admin-mailbox link
We email an admin or webmaster address at your forum's domain. Free email addresses don't count.
- You
- Open the link we send.
- We
- Opening it proves you can read that mailbox.
- Then
- Verified automatically.
A moderator fallback
For hosted forums that can't do the others. It never passes on its own.
- You
- Pin the token in a staff-only area of your forum.
- We
- Someone on our team checks it by hand.
- Then
- Our team checks it. It never passes on its own.
Part IV: Our team signs off first
Your choices alone don't start anything. We review them before anything is read.
Your choices
Written by you
- Sections
- Reading method
- Pace
- Time limit

- Stop switch
Our review
Someone on our team approves them.
Only then is anything read
You choose.
Your choices are saved as a version, never overwritten.
We review.
Someone on our team approves them before anything is read.
It fails safe.
If a permission is missing or expired, nothing is read at all.
Part V: Your controls, always
All of them in your dashboard.

See what's happening
Recorded
A plain history: what you allowed, our review, and every pause, resume, and revoke. A log of each read isn't in it yet.
Pause instantly
Reversible
One click stops reading before the next request. Turn it back on when you're ready.
Revoke completely
Final
Ends it for good: reading stops before the next request, and it can't be turned back on from your side. What was collected is scheduled for automatic deletion 30 days after you revoke, or sooner if your time limit is shorter, apart from anything under a legal hold or tied to a collector's report.
Ask for a correction
Reviewed by our team
Flag a thread or member for correction or removal. Someone on our team reviews each request, and you can see where it stands. While a thread's removal is open, records from it are left out of matching.
Stay verified over time
Every 90 days
Your proof is due for a re-check every 90 days, and your dashboard reminds you first. If it fails, your claim is suspended, and nothing is read from your forum until you prove control again.
Bring Community Watch to your forum
It starts with a conversation, not a contract. We’ll walk you through everything before anything is read.
Photos on this page are AI-generated, and the watch in them is fictional. The forum shown is an example.
